20’ HC Containers Converted into Barge-Mounted Control Centres

Fresh out of the factory, these two 20’ High Cube containers have been fully converted into purpose-built control centres for deployment on a customer’s barge.

Each unit was designed with durability, comfort, and functionality in mind, ensuring reliable performance in a demanding marine environment.

Built for Control & Comfort

The containers were extensively modified to support day-to-day operational use, including:

• Marine-grade ship windows to provide excellent visibility and natural light
• Fully insulated and sheeted interiors for year-round use
• High-efficiency heat pump systems to maintain a comfortable internal climate
• Epoxy flooring for durability, easy cleaning, and resistance to moisture
• High-visibility yellow exterior paint, improving safety and visibility on the barge

Designed for Barge Operations

These control centres will serve as operational hubs aboard the customer’s barge, supporting monitoring, coordination, and control activities on the water. The High Cube format provides additional interior height, allowing for a more spacious and functional workspace while maintaining the rugged structure of a standard ISO container.
