Squamish Nation by Custom Cubes

This project showcases the power of connected container construction. Two 40’ containers were delivered and joined on-site to create a seamless 40’ x 16’ office space along the North Vancouver waterfront.

Designed to maximize both functionality and footprint, this configuration allowed for a larger, open interior while maintaining the speed and efficiency of modular construction. The on-site connection ensured a precise fit within a constrained waterfront environment, minimizing disruption while delivering a clean, integrated final structure.

Built to handle coastal conditions and heavy daily use, this office combines durability with a modern, professional finish, proving that container-based builds can scale into practical, high-performing workspaces without compromise.
